Every couple weeks we recommend you fill your steam therapy wand with distilled water and let it completely empty the tank twice.

Our steam therapy wand offers 4 levels of warmth, which can be selected using the heating mode button.

The default mode is no heating, which will give you a cool / room temperature mist. Once you start using the heating modes, you can select between 100°F (38°C), 104°F (40°C), and 108°F (42°C). All of which are gentle and 100% safe for your eyes.

You can do whatever feels best!

We recommend using our steam therapy wand for 5-10 seconds at a time with your eyes open, alternating between both eyes for about 5 minutes.
